I took a class on making fondant figures. It was so much fun! i can't wait to find the time to make more. It is on the bucket (with the silly tag hanging off) simply to dry.

How can you NOT smile when someone smiles at you. Today i decided to show off my beautiful 11 year old daughter, Michela. One of my reasons to breath in the morning. All she has to do is just smile and my heart melts!

I love to bake. Is that surprising? I bake all of the time! Just a few of the MANY different flavorings that I use were sitting in my kitchen. I know! I should put this stuff away, but what is the point! I am just going to pull them all out again.

Today was more difficult then others when it came to picking my 365. I just couldn't seem to think of anything to photograph! Must be the cold weather. Not my best, but def. not my worst!!

I really really REALLY want to make one of these.... I just don't want to pull out all of my sewing stuff!!! But I really want one!!! Buti ti looks like I am just gonna have to break down and do it.... unless YOU want to make one for me!

Her best friend

Today I have chosen a really sweet photo as my 356. Amber has had this "Nunny" since before she was born. She is 8 and still can't sleep without it. Nunny has been to every amusement park, water park, sleepover and long trip that the family has ever taken. Please disregard her Nunny Pattern Baldness... it was all out of love.

My daily photo... Curtis bought me some white flowers to photography. I couldn't pass up the chance to use my child in one of my post! And I am sure it won't be the last.

Have you ever seen a ballerina on the tip top of their toes? The beauty and the grace involved is fascinating. It looks so easy, yet you know it isn't. The turns, the spins, the balance! All in a little pink shoe....

My first challenge..... Just a photo

Isn't she sweet? So innocent looking..... but behind those innocent eyes you will see the mind of a teenage cat! She climbs the walls (literally), terrorizes the dog (and other household pets) and begs to be fed constantly! She it Kitten.... the cat.

In the beginning......

Why not! That is what I asked myself when I saw that photog friends were posting a photo a day. I told myself.... "you can do this too, Jennifer. Challenges are a part of life, right?" So I am going to do it. Challenge myself to do something with a hobby that I love. Photography! I think I can do it, right? I mean how hard can it be to take a picture a day (just one right? Not 50 to chose one from...) Edit that photo (after deciding from the 50 taken which 25 are good enough to edit), and post just one (chosen from the fabulous 25 that I edited) to share with the world! Easy right? Hmmm we shall see. So I begin... ENJOY!
