365..... My "hurry up Spring, we miss you!" flowers
We spent all afternoon working in our front yard. The girls had so much fun putting in new plants/flowers. Michela chose pink flowers and Amber chose purple (their favorite colors) and I chose knock out roses. I cannot wait for them to bloom!

My 365.... Signs of SPRING!
All of my plants are dead. My yard looks so sad right not because the freeze that hit South Texas froze all of my poor plants! Every year I know when Spring is about to make it's appearance because of one bush in my front yard. Little buds begin to appear and sprout on a daily basis. Just another way that God shows us that life continues to move on.

My wordless wednesday....
But I have to explain. We rescued this kitten three months ago. I think she had to fight for food because every time we put food out for our other pets, she is all over it! Now we have to either put her in another room to feed our menagerie or lock THEM up away from her. So that is what this photo is all about. She is trying everything she can to get to our other cat's food... This photo cracks me up~!!!

365 again
more 365
On my travels through the big town of Victoria, I came across something truly amazing.... Standing water. Okay, so it is not amazing to most of you. But to us here (we are currently or have been in the most recent past in a drought) it is an awesome sight to behold. And who knew that a fallen tree could be so pretty!
So far behind... my 365 excuses
Okay, so as most of you on my FB list knows, I haven't been well lately. It has put me so far behind on my 365 that I don't know if I can catch up! BUT I am going to try. So today I went out and about and took some photos. I am going to post just a few. The others I posted on my FB page.
Downtown, just before you get to what we fondly call "under the hill" is a railroad track that requires you to go up over a hill of its own. Right at the top is this RR crossing sign... I just loved the lines! And I can actually see it smiling at me... Can't you?
