Here is one of my first ever roses!  I am so proud of it!! 

Hmmmm I guess it is time to take photos of my girls again.  All I seem to be posting lately is photos of flowers.  HEY I KNOW!  I will take some of the girl IN flowers!!!

My very first rose.... So exciting!

I have been putting off getting rose bushes for years!  I have no clue why I felt that it was so scary for me to plant them.  Now I wish I had YEARS ago.  This is my very first rose ever.  Okay, I know.  It is a rose bud.  But it is going to grow to be the most beautiful rose ever!   I can't wait to share that photo with you later.

We went to see some beautiful birds today at a show called Wings of Boerne.  It was awesome to hear all of the stuff that the owner knew about these birds.  When they flew over our heads, their wings would brush the top of our hair.  Such amazing creatures!

I love the gerber daisy.  I love it so much that I don't like for them to be given to me as a gift after they have been cut.  So pretty and innocent looking.  I continue my journey into the world of macro.  I hope you are enjoying it as much as I am.

I have decided to start a new journey into the world of macro.  While being a "gardener" today, I noticed little hairs on my lantana plant.  And the colors were worth photographing as well.  I can't wait for my macro lens to get here!  Oh the possibilities....

My 365 project. Day ? Amber begins soccer

I am so excited!!  I love to watch Amber play sports and I love to photograph her doing it!  Today she started her first season of SOCCER!  She was amazing! We went after tryouts to Academy and got her a soccer ball and some new cleats.  I bet she sleeps with her new ball tonight.
